Build a Toilet for Thavanesan & Jasotha

Jasotha and Thavanesan live on their own land in a small hut made from tin and bricks mixed together with shells and clay. In the rainy season their house is flooded and they have to move to another area to stay. They have 3 children; Sherin aged 11, Delson aged 10 and Santhosh aged 5. They have no water facilities or toilet.
Thavanesan works away from home as a builder. He comes home once a month to see his family and to provide them with supplies of food for the coming month. His income is only enough to support his family’s day to day needs of food and clothing and so they are unable to build their own home.
A donation of £935 will provide this family with a much needed toilet and waste pit. This includes labour charges for digging the waste pit, which is all done by hand.
